Corpland Revenue

Welcome

Corpland Revenue is the billing layer between your app and your payment provider, and it shows what every customer costs you beside what they pay.

Revenue sits between your app and the payment provider (Paystack today, more providers later). You describe your pricing once as features and plans. Your server then asks two questions around every action, and Revenue answers from a cache in a few milliseconds:

  1. Can this customer do it? check
  2. They did it, count it. track

Everything else is one call: attach puts a customer on a plan and handles checkout, upgrades with proration, downgrades at renewal, add ons, prepaid packs, trials and coupons. Revenue keeps the customer record: plans, balances, limits and invoices. It runs renewals, usage billing, auto top ups and retries itself, so you never write billing logic in your app.

Then it tells you one thing most billing layers do not: what that customer cost you to serve. Your server reports what OpenRouter, fal or any provider charged with costs.track, and the dashboard shows margin per customer, per plan, per feature and per credit, with a pricing advisor that says what to charge to hit your target.

How it fits together

  • A workspace is a Corpland ID venture. Everyone in the venture can open the Revenue dashboard; owners and admins can change things.
  • Your server talks to Revenue with a secret key. The key decides the mode: rv_sk_test_ keys touch Test data, rv_sk_live_ keys touch Live data.
  • Payments go through your own Paystack account, connected in Settings. Revenue never holds your money. It saves the payer's card so renewals, upgrades, extra seats and top ups charge without a new checkout. Plans are paid by card only so they renew on their own; buying credits and other one off purchases still take mobile money.
